SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship orders only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed promptly, and estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and may vary depending on USPS operations.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the United States Postal Service (USPS), we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by USPS.

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment directly through USPS.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our website.

  • Damaged Items During Shipping: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a replacement. To process a replacement, customers must submit photographs of the packaging and the damaged item within 24 hours after delivery.

  • Customer Misuse: Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

  • Proof Requirement: Failure to provide requested photographic evidence of damage may result in denial of a replacement claim.
