Memorial Ring Ashes Submission Disclaimer
To ensure the safe and respectful creation of your custom glow-in-the-dark memorial ring, please follow these guidelines when sending ashes:

Quantity: Please send no more than one teaspoon of ashes.

Packaging: Ashes must be sealed securely in a small plastic bag. Loose ashes in the envelope will not be processed.

Mailer: Place the sealed plastic bag inside a yellow mailer envelope.

Identification: Include a note with your full name and phone number and order number inside the envelope.

Sealing: Ensure the yellow mailer is properly sealed to prevent leakage or damage.
If ashes arrive loose or improperly packaged, I will return the envelope and ashes to you without attempting to make the ring.
Once your package is received, I will confirm delivery via your provided contact information. Your ring will be crafted and shipped within 1–2 business days, and any remaining ashes will be respectfully returned to you.
